Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed the Congress for not taking strong action against Pakistan following the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.
Addressing a gathering at Navi Mumbai, the PM said that Mumbai is not just India’s financial capital but also one of its most vibrant cities.
