Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, who is in Mumbai, assured of a Mulund Terminus and Borivali-Konkan railway route at various Lok Sabha Elections 2024 campaign events. BJP's Mumbai North East constituency candidate Mihir Kotecha took up the issue of Mulund Terminus with Vaishnaw on Thursday saying it will reduce people's hardships and the railway minister responded affirmatively.
Kotecha, interacting with the public, said, "After getting elected as an MP, I will take up Mulund terminus on a railway land parcel in Mulund as my priority. This demand has been pending for a long time. Commuters going to Konkan have to go to Diva and wait for at least three hours at night to board a train. This has been causing them hardships."
