CR to run 44 weekly special trains between Mumbai and Prayagraj, check details

Each train will consist of 1 AC 2-Tier coach, 4 AC 3-Tier coaches, 9 Sleeper Class coaches, 8 General Second Class coaches and 2 Second Seating coaches with Luggage-cum-Guard’s Brake Van, an official statement said

Central Railway on Friday announced 44 weekly special train services between Mumbai's Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Prayagraj to manage the expected rise in passenger demand.
The special trains will operate from mid-February to mid-July 2026 and will run as Extra, Holi and Summer Specials.
