The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has issued property tax bills for the financial year 2026–27, making them accessible to taxpayers from April 1 via SMS along with a direct payment link. The initiative is intended to simplify the payment process and improve tax compliance across the city.

Bills Issued Digitally and in Print

Civic officials said taxpayers can access their property tax bills through a link shared via SMS, enabling them to view and pay their dues online. In addition to the digital rollout, printed copies of the bills are also being distributed.
