Mumbai LIVE: MHADA begins online application for sale of 13,395 unsold flats

Mumbai News LIVE Updates: The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board – a unit of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) –has initiated the online application process for the sale of 13,395 unsold flats under various housing schemes through a newly developed digital platform – https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in. The platform was formally launched on Wednesday by MHADA’s Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer Sanjeev Jaiswal. Speaking on the occasion, Revati Gaikar, the Chief Officer of the Konkan Board, stated that under the earlier Integrated Land Management System (IHLMS) 2.0 system, applicants in the ‘First Come, First Serve (FCFS)’ process did not have the option to select a specific flat.
