<p>Another major issue was the availability of parking, as one of the planned parking towers is still unfinished To address parking shortages, Shelar suggested temporarily demolishing two old buildings to create more space. Borikar said the additional space will be created by razing the old structures and parking be allotted through a transparent lottery system</p>
