<p>According to the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVMC), rescue teams have so far pulled 11 people from the rubble. Two of them &ndash; Aarohi Omkar Jovil, 24 and Utkarsha Jovil, 1 &ndash; were declared dead at the hospital</p>
