Residents of Mumbai were seen taking various measures to protect themselves from the intense heat as temperatures in the area hovered between 30 degC and 32 degC. From seeking shade to staying hydrated and avoiding outdoor activity during peak afternoon hours, Mumbaikars found ways to cope with the sweltering conditions.
