Akali Dal to march to Parliament on Sept 17 demanding repeal of 3 farm laws

The top leadership of Shiromani Akali Dal will also participate in this program on Friday. Incidentally, September 17 is also Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday

The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has decided to hold a protest march to the Parliament on Friday as the party will observe September 17 as 'Black Day' on completion of one year of enactment of the three contentious farms laws.

SAD General Secretary Prem Singh Chandumajra said, "Our party will hold a protest march from Delhi's Gurdwara Rakabganj to the Parliament, demanding repeal of the three laws."
