Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has claimed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) acted in a "most highhanded manner" in a money-laundering investigation involving the purported excise policy fraud. In a reaction to the ED's reply affidavit filed in the Supreme Court, Kejriwal claimed that he has always cooperated with the inquiry.

Kejriwal's reaction comes after the ED said one of the reasons for his detention was his failure to appear before the investigating officer (IO) after receiving nine summons. He criticised the ED's approach, alleging a disregard for due process, reported PTI.
