According to sources on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s swearing-in event would be seen by Prime Ministers Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh and Pushpa Kamal Dahal of Nepal. Before the 18th Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi received greetings from both Hasina and her Nepali counterpart, Dahal. 

PM Modi held a phone conversation with Dahal, also referred to as Prachanda. "During Wednesday`s phone conversation, PM Modi extended an invitation to the PM of Nepal," an official stated today. "During Wednesday evening`s telephonic conversation between two leaders, an invitation was extended to Nepal PM for attendance in the swearing-in ceremony. Nepal`s Prime Minister also confirmed the attendance. Formal announcement will be made soon," the senior official told ANI.
