The political scenario of Maharashtra state looks like a plot twist in a thriller movie. With talks of Uddhav and Raj Thackeray coming together, there is another development happening in the state. As reported by PTI, wrestler-turned-politician Chandrahar Patil, who had fought the 2024 Lok Sabha election from the Sangli seat in Maharashtra, is all set to join the ruling party and will part ways with Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena (UBT). As per reports, Patil will be joining the ruling Shiv Sena on June 9, state minister Sanjay Shirsat claimed here on Wednesday.

Sanjay Shirsat, who currently holds the office of Minister of Social Justice in Maharashtra, is also the spokesperson of the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena.

Earlier, talking to reporters, the Maharashtra Minister Sanjay Shirsat said, "Many people will be joining our party on Monday and also by the end of this month. Chandrahar Patil is also planning to join the party. Stop if you can."
