The Delhi Government, in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Kanpur, carried out the first cloud-seeding trial in parts of the national capital on Tuesday, with more such exercises planned over the coming days, Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said.
