Authorities in Maharashtra`s Buldhana district have appealed the farmers to take timely measures to check the spread of Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) among cattle, reported the PTI.

The preventive measures must be taken in view of the outbreak of the disease in the district, said a release by the District Information Office, as per the PTI.

The Krishi Vigyan Kendra has launched a public awareness campaign across the district and farmers must take the measures it has recommended, it said.
