Maharashtra deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Thursday said that it was for his party to decide whether his son Jay Pawar will contest from the Baramati constituency in the Maharashtra Assembly elections 2024, reported the PTI.
The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief who has been representing the constituency in Pune district of Maharashtra for the last many terms, also said he was `not interested` in contesting elections anymore, according to the PTI.
