Beed Collector Vivek Johnson visited several sites in Wadwani, Dharur and Parli tehsils to resolve land acquisition hurdles for railway projects, hearing grievances from stakeholders, officials said on Sunday.
Work on the ambitious Beed–Parli Vaijnath railway corridor project is currently underway. The project is being seen as a game-changer for the district and the region, as it will improve connectivity to Mumbai and Pune, two of Maharashtra’s largest cities and major economic hubs, PTI reported.
