Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Lok Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) Narayan Rane on Sunday hinted at retiring from active politics, saying he has "decided to sit at home" and focus on his family`s business interests, news agency PTI reported.

The 73-year-old former Maharashtra Chief Minister also pointed to the prevalence of conspiracies in politics today, which strengthened his resolve to step back from public life.
