The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has announced temporary traffic halts on the Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg (Samruddhi Expressway) to facilitate the installation of overhead gantries under the highway traffic management system (HTMS).
The work will be carried out in nine phases between km 300.400 and km 365.800, covering stretches in Buldhana (Lonara, Sindkhed Raja, Deulgaon Raja) and Jalna districts (Jalna taluka). Each phase will involve a complete halt of traffic on the affected carriageway for 45 to 60 minutes. Normal traffic will resume immediately once work at a specific location is completed.
