The chaos in the Lower House of the Parliament continued on the third week of the Parliament Monsoon Session 2025. After the smooth proceedings in the second week, the third week of the Monsoon Session started with protests and slogans in Lok Sabha, leading to its adjournment. The Opposition on Monday continued its protests demanding a discussion on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar.

Ahead of the adjournment, the chair reminded the Opposition members that since the Monsoon Session 2025 began, not even a single bill has been passed by the House due to repeated disruptions, PTI reported.

After the cluttered first half of the Lok Sabha, when the House met at 2 pm, Opposition MPs, including those from the Congress, were on their feet, raising slogans and holding placards.
