The Chief Minister Mohan Yadav-led Madhya Pradesh government, on Saturday, appointed Kshitij Singhal, a 2014 batch IAS officer, as the new Commissioner of Indore Municipal Corporation days after several people lost their lives after drinking contaminated water.
