Shiv Sena Member of Parliament (MP) Shrikant Eknath Shinde, who is leading a high-level all-party delegation, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the leadership of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for its support in the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack. Speaking at an interaction event with the Indian community at the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the Lok Sabha lawmaker from Kalyan highlighted India’s steadfast commitment to combatting terrorism and recognised the UAE as a trusted ally, news agency ANI reported.

"UAE and India share a very special bond which is beyond trade and culture... since its inception we share a special bond with each other and in testing times we stood by each other. It was UAE who was the first country who condemned this terror attack and stood firmly with India," he stated.
