The tragic Pahalgam attack on April 22, 2025, which claimed 26 lives, has drawn widespread international attention and support for India. Countries across the globe, including the US, UK, and several others, have expressed solidarity with India and have condemned the terror attack.
Lisa Nandy, the UK Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, said, “The United Kingdom stands with the people of India against terrorism.” She had recently visited India, and during her trip, she emphasized the deep and historic ties between the two nations.
