The Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government did not take strong action against Pakistan following the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks as it “succumbed to US pressure”, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alleged on Saturday, citing recent remarks by former Union ministers P Chidambaram and Manish Tewari, news agency PTI reported.
