Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday expressed concern over the rapidly escalating tensions in the Middle East after US-Israel attack on Iran and urged the government to ensure the safety of Indians in the region, the PTI reported.

The Congress leader said the situation in the Middle East was deeply worrying and stressed that the safety of Indian citizens in the region must remain the government’s highest priority.
