<p>As soon as the results of the assembly elections in four states - Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and Union Territory of Puducherry started coming out, workers of the leading party in the respective poll-bound states were seen taking to the streets to celebrate the victory despite Election Commission ban.</p>
