<p>The celebrations by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders comes days after a court in Delhi on February 27 discharged Kejriwal and Sisodia in the excise policy case and declined to take cognisance of the chargesheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Twenty-one other accused were also discharged in the case.</p>
