Ramesh recalled Sheila Dikshit`s efforts, including collaboration with the Japanese Government for the Yamuna Action Plan. The Delhi Assembly elections will be held on 5 February, with vote counting scheduled for 8 February, as 699 candidates contest for 70 seats.
