<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Patna Central SP Diksha said the march was stopped at Chitkohra roundabout, a few 100 metres away from the Vidhan Sabha premises as it is a restricted area where no public gathering is allowed. "So when we noticed a crowd approaching, we tried to stop them, and in the process, there was a mild use of force," she told PTI</span></p>
