As India prepares to celebrate its 79th Independence Day on August 15, 2025, it is a moment to look back at the long and hard-fought freedom struggle. Several places across the country stand as silent witnesses to the sacrifices and determination of our freedom fighters. Here are six historical sites associated with the India`s freedom struggle.
