BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi strongly criticised Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge's remarks on Operation Sindoor, calling his statement dismissive and disrespectful toward the bravery of the Indian Army. Trivedi condemned Kharge’s characterization of the operation as a "small incident," stating that such remarks insult the sacrifices of soldiers and hurt the sentiments of 140 crore Indians. He also linked Kharge’s comments to a pattern of allegedly anti-national rhetoric from Congress and its allies, referencing past remarks by Rahul Gandhi. Trivedi argued that these are not isolated incidents but part of a deliberate, ideologically driven strategy by the Congress-led INDI alliance, which he described as a “well-planned conspiracy.” He concluded by asserting that merely adopting the name "INDIA" does not make a party or alliance genuinely patriotic.
