The mortal remains of Subedar Major Pawan Kumar, who lost his life in Pakistani shelling in Jammu and Kashmir, have been brought to his native village, Shahpur, for the last rites. Subedar Major Kumar passed away while performing his duty at the Line of Control (LoC), where Pakistan violated the ceasefire and resorted to heavy shelling.
