Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar on July 25 schooled Chidambaram during the monsoon session in Rajya Sabha. Chidambaram was talking about Derek O`brien`s statement and rule 267 motion in the house. The VP asked the congress MP to scratch his memory and remember the facts said in the house very well. He added that Chidambaram has challenged the chair by objecting the VP.
