About 13 of the total 14 personnel, who were on board an Indian Air force helicopter which crashed in Tamil Nadu's Coonoor on Wednesday, are dead, tweeted ANI. Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat's condition is still not known.
