Jeff Bezos-owned <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/india-news/article/nationwide-gig-workers-strike-threatens-new-years-eve-deliveries-across-india-23610017" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Amazon</a> inaugurated its second-largest office in India&rsquo;s Bengaluru.
The office campus is &nbsp;spread across 1.1 million square feet that will house more than 7000 employees across e-commerce, operations, payments, technology, and seller services, according to the company.&nbsp;
The office was inaugurated on Monday by <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/cricket/article/ranji-trophy-semifinal-kl-rahul-and-devdutt-padikkal-tons-power-karnataka-to-355-2-on-day-1-23616788" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Karnataka</a> Minister for Large and Medium Industries MB Patil. It is located 15 km from Kempegowda International Airport. Amazon plans to invest USD 35 billion in India in four years.
