US, Russian and Iranian LPG ship arrivals ease India’s supply concerns

Amid global supply chain disruptions, India has received LPG and crude oil shipments from the US and Russia, following temporary US sanctions relief on Russian and Iranian oil. Amid the ongoing global supply chain crisis, a large cargo ship carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from the US state of Texas has successfully docked at Mangalore Port.
The vessel, Pyxis Pioneer, delivered critical LPG supplies, ensuring continuity of energy supplies on India’s west coast.
