A fire broke out at Chevron’s El Segundo refinery in Los Angeles County, one of the largest on the U.S. West Coast. Flames were confined to one area with no reported injuries or evacuations. Emergency flaring was reported, but Los Angeles International Airport remains unaffected. Authorities continue investigating the cause.
