Suryakumar confirms donating tournament's match fees to Indian Armed Forces

Team India players receive a sum of Rs. four lakhs in each match of the shortest format of the game. Suryakumar will be donating a total of 28 lakhs, which he earned after featuring in the seven matches of the Asia Cup 2025

In the Asia Cup 2025 final against Pakistan, Team India secured a dominating win by five wickets at the Dubai International Stadium.
This was the third defeat suffered by the "Men in Green" against the Suryakumar Yadav-led side in the ongoing tournament.
