Hosts Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Sports Club defeated Union Bank of India SC by seven wickets in the Elite Group semi-finals of the 63rd Sir Benegal Rama Rau RBI Shield Cricket tournament at the National Cricket Club, Cross Maidan, on Tuesday.

Batting first, UBI posted 132 for 7 in their 20 overs with Roop Kumar Yadav top scoring with 52. Medium pacer Vijay Kumawat took 4-25 for RBI. In reply, RBI achieved the target in 17.1 overs with six wickets to spare. RBI will meet Bank of Baroda (BoB) in the final.
