In his Maharashtra debut at the ongoing Buchi Babu tournament, Indian batsman Prithvi Shaw smashed a century during a match against Chhattisgarh on Tuesday.
In the first innings, the right-hander scored a century, which came off 122 balls, including 14 boundaries and a maximum.
Riding on his knock, Maharashtra recovered from a dangerous position. At one stage in the game, the side had already lost four wickets for 15 runs after Shaw and Sachin Dhas delivered an opening partnership of 71 runs.
