ICC World Cup 2023 match 25 between Sri Lanka and England which is underway in Bengaluru`s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium saw the dominance of Sri Lankan bowlers.
Angelo Mathews struck the first wicket of England opening batsman Dawid Malan for 28 runs. Mathews was named as the replacement player for the injured Pathirana. After the loss of the first wicket, England lost its important wickets in a quick session.
