Parthiv Patel said that despite all the factors favouring England`s team, Shubman Gill and his men fought well and will have a lot of confidence to take in the upcoming series-deciding match. The fifth Test match is all set to be played at The Oval, starting from July 31

As Team India successfully secured a draw in the fourth Test match against England, former wicketkeeper-batsman Parthiv Patel pointed out a mistake, where he felt his former side should have done better. He feels that on Day 2 during England`s innings, the Indian bowling lacked consistency.
Speaking on JioHotstar, Patel said that he wouldn`t make any changes in the Indian team heading into the final Test.
"Looking at the way India played this Test match, there`s not much I would change, but if you ask what could have been done better, I`d say the phase on Day 2 when England batted," said Patel.
