Team India's lead pacer Jasprit Bumrah didn't feature in the playing XI for the fifth and final Test match against England.
The pacer was advised by the BCCI's medical team not to play consecutive Test matches, considering his workload management.
Speaking to the reporters after Day 1 play, assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate said that the management felt right to honour the premier pacer's decision.
