Team India are on the brink of a massive win against the West Indies in the ongoing first Test in Ahmedabad after yet another dominant session. The hosts piled up 448/5 in their first innings and with a lead of 286 runs overnight, they decided to declare and ask the Windies to start Day 3 with the bat and have reduced them to 66/5 at Lunch on Day 3.

India were electric in the field and that was well summed up by a sensational catch by Nitish Kumar Reddy to dismiss Tagenarine Chanderpaul (8 runs off 23 balls) at short square leg off Mohammed Siraj's bowling. Ravindra Jadeja then got into his element as he worked over John Campbell and got him caught by Sai Sudharsan at short leg for 14 runs off 32 balls.
