In the second T20I match against England women, the Harmanpreet Kaur-led India women emerged victorious by 24 runs at the Bristol County Ground.

Batting first, the `Women in Blue` posted a total of 181 runs for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs. Smriti Mandhana, who smashed her maiden century in the shortest format of the game, failed to replicate her performance in the second match. Facing 13 balls, the left-hander departed after scoring the same number of runs, which comprised two boundaries. Fellow opening batswoman Shafali Verma, too, departed early on three runs after facing four balls.

Premier batter Jemimah Rodrigues accumulated 63 runs off just 41 deliveries. Her knock saw her smash nine boundaries and a maximum.
