Following Team India's triumph in the five-match T20I series against Sri Lanka, skipper Harmanpreet Kaur said that her side will be playing their best cricket in the next six months ahead of the upcoming Women's T20 World Cup 2026.

In the fifth and final T20I match, the "Women in Blue" secured a win by 15 runs against Sri Lanka. Kaur smashed 68 runs off just 43 deliveries, which was laced with nine boundaries and a maximum.
