Virat Kohli scored a total of 973 runs in IPL 2016 while playing 16 matches at a jaw-dropping strike rate of 152.03 including four centuries - the most in a season - and seven fifties.

As Punjab Kings (PBKS) take on Faf du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at DY Patil Sports Academy on March 27, the spotlight will be on Virat Kohli who relinquished captaincy after the last year's IPL.
Kohli will take the field as non-captain for RCB for the first time since 2012.
