The incident occurred during LSG’s sixth match of the IPL 2025 season against Gujarat Titans at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.

Pooran’s powerful strike had struck Nabeel on the head, but in a gesture of empathy and gratitude, the Caribbean southpaw invited the injured fan to the stadium, personally met him, and gifted him a signed cap. The LSG star also made sure to check on his well-being.
