IPL 2026: Venkatesh Iyer set to feature for RCB after Rs 7-crore deal

New Zealand's Finn Allen and England's Ben Duckett will feature in the tournament for KKR and Delhi Capitals (DC), respectively, as they have been sold for Rs 2 crore each

Star all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer, who used to represent Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), will play for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in IPL 2026. The Bengaluru-based franchise has acquired his services for Rs 7 crore. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka's slinger Matheesha Pathirana is set to play for KKR. They have bought him for Rs 18 crore.
