RCB's Suyash Sharma returned with the figures of two wickets for 47 runs in four overs. Jacob Duffy, Krunal Pandya, and Impact Player, Rasikh Salam, bagged one wicket each. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Romario Shepherd went wicketless in the IPL 2026 match against MI.

Earlier in the first innings of the match, Bengaluru posted a total of 240 runs for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs.

Later, Tim David smashed an unbeaten 34 runs in just 16 balls, with the help of two boundaries and three maximums. Wicketkeeper-batsman Jitesh Sharma was dismissed for 10 runs in nine balls, including a boundary. Along with David, Romario Shepherd stayed unbeaten on two runs in two balls. With this, RCB posted a total of 240 runs for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs.
