Less than three weeks ahead of the ODI World Cup, Pakistan have been dealt a major blow with another player going down with an injury. Fast bowler Naseem Shah was on Wednesday ruled out for the remainder of the Asia Cup due to a shoulder injury.

His unavailability will hurt Pakistan badly ahead of their must-win clash against Sri Lanka on Thursday. Pakistan will take on Sri Lanka in a virtual semifinal here, with the winner progressing to Sunday's final against India.
